The Skinny Up!® Partner Program (“Program”) allows approved affiliates (“Partners”) to earn commission by promoting Skinny Up!® products through unique referral links and discount codes. By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Commission & Discount
Partners earn 15% commission on eligible sales made through their referral link or discount code. Customers receive 15% off their total order when using a Partner’s code. The cookie duration for tracking sales is 90 days, with commissions attributed to the last click. Commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches $50 USD. Commissions are not earned on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid PayPal account or other approved payment method. Applications are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Skinny Up!®. We reserve the right to remove Partners who misrepresent the brand or violate these terms.
Promotional Guidelines
Partners must represent Skinny Up!® honestly and accurately. You may share your code and link through approved channels such as your website, social media, or email newsletters. Paid ads using Skinny Up!® trademarks, brand terms, or URLs are not permitted without written consent. Partners may not offer additional discounts, rebates, or incentives beyond the 15% discount provided. Any misleading, false, or unethical marketing practices may result in removal from the Program.
Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked through Refersion. Only properly tracked sales are eligible for commission. If multiple Partners refer the same customer, the last click within the 90-day window receives commission credit. Partners are responsible for ensuring their links and codes are used correctly.
Payout Terms
Payouts are processed monthly through Refersion for verified sales. Partners are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment details. Skinny Up!® is not responsible for missed payments due to incorrect or outdated information.
Program Modifications
Skinny Up!® may update commission rates, cookie durations, or other program details at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
Termination
Skinny Up!® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, eligible unpaid commissions will be processed according to the standard payout schedule.
